after a few days of family camp. i finally back to school. yesterday supposed to be going to instructional training but due to deepavali, it has been called off again. so today is the first day of my school until december. i hope in between got more off day la.

i'm so tired after this camp. and i believe so is everybody. thanks be to God because he has given us such a great and fruitful camp. meaningful? yes it should be. we must thank the committees as well. they have put in much effort and time in it.

when we are sleeping soundly, the committees still has to meet every night until very late and clean up the hall. not only so, they have to wake up extremely early to prepare our breakfast. poor sis. don't have enough time to sleep at night, don't even mention afternoon nap. no time at all for her.

this is a 15 years anniversary for Petra church. long story and thick histories but i ain't gonna talk every detail about it. i was proud and happy as i saw the attendance of campers. i believe they too, like me, enjoyed the whole camp. it was free, compare to other camps. though i was a group leader but i enjoy every minute of it.

my group Moriah got number 1 in sketch, thanks to my bro. i was out of idea until the sunday morning when my bro came and gave me this superior idea. i instantly want it, oh no, so bad. so fortunate enough i found the soundtrack and everything seems so perfect. the actors and actresses are so cooperated even if we are not having enough time to practice.

of course, out of my expectation, i won the best costume in shanghai night. i was so scared and keep on asking myself is my costume suits the theme. keep on doubting until that night when people just came in and laugh at me, ah, then i know i think i was right.

well, actually am i worthy to have won it? you see, my costume is the cheapest one to make, out of scrap wires and lots of newspaper. while the parents all spent rm100 and rm200 for their kids to have their own nice chinese dresses. and don't mention the adults who purposely and willingly spent much for this night. we can all see the effort everybody have put into it. nice dinner and decoration i must say. this is the best family camp i've ever been to.

though the whole camp passes by just so quickly. yet it leaves speechless memories of us. the footsteps that we left, hopefully someone would be led to believe.

now, i'm looking forward to Petrayouth Carnival. for those who have missed the family camp, do not ever miss this one.

people may i ask: "so, since you study about planes, what is your favourite plane of all then?"

well, for me, so far, the plane i like the most is Boeing 777. not the most biggest one, but for me, it is the most rugged and 'yeng' one - because of its simple yet efficient design. the name also nice ma, 777...

made in united states of America. it has the cruising speed of 893km/h(482knots) - that's fast! and can go up to 13,427km.

and plus the plane itself, max weight it can carries while flying is 299,380kg. wow, close to 300 tonnes.

can you see how 'yeng' it is. especially its engines. long and wide body.
if you cant recognise which is Boeing 777. only remember the landing gears (tyres), it's like a bird going to land. and it has only 2 engines. not 3 or 4.
the specially designed tyres are made for smooth landing. nice hor...
look, it's a bird!

superb. i like this.
one more thing, Boeing 777 is powered by the world's most powerful turbine engines: GE90-115B... see, i got do research wan ar..
1st class seat.
the cockpit.
that is the plane i like the most. how about you?

I Am Scare~~~

Very scare indeed. I am scare to lose someone. I am scare someday I will get a news that someone I love left me. Everyday when I know those who I love are driving, I will be very worry and I pray to God to ask for his protect to them. I know how dangerous driving on the road. I know everything can not be prevent. I know everything had already planned. But I just feel scare. I know I can't lose anyone of them.

Especially after my teacher met with an accident and passed away, everyday I worry. Sometimes I will feel very uncomfortable as if something had happened to my love one.

Dad always go outstation these days, although I do not call him and chit chat with him, but I worry about him every second ok? Until every night he gives my mom a call then only I will feel a bit better.

Though mom stays at home everyday, but still I will pray God to protect her too.

Baby travels so far to Nilai everyweek. Whenever I sms him, and he does not reply, I feel like my heart stop bumping for hours until he sms me. These days he is so busy that he always does not reply my sms, that makes my day become so worse.

Every morning I pray for them, I can not take care them, so I pray that God can protect them for me. I do not really care about my safety actually, but I want them to be healthy and safety. I do not actually scare myself will die one day. But I scare they will leave me one day. I don't think I can stay alive if one of them leave me.

I am getting more and more emotional. Little bit things also worry so much. I know I shouldn't but I just can not control myself la...

Will you feel the same like me?

The Apprentice~~~

Yesterday we had 'The Apprentice'. We had to design a poster and come out a game for Petra Carnival. Then we have to explain to the judge and see which business idea can earn the most.

So we came out this game idea which is guessing the ping pong. So far we don't have a name for it, but personally I like 'Ping Pong Piang' this name, sounds cute and funny and of course attractive. We will have 6 different colours' ping pongs to pour into a special powerful machines that we made, and where as people has to guess which colour will be the first one which drop into a hold at the bottom of the machine. They will need to exchange the token (either packet drink or a pack of candies) with their coupons. If they guess correctly, they will get double back their token. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT GAMBLING. It is a game. A fun game. For guessing purpose and for you to win more packet drink or candies for yourself. Cool right? Not only you can play, but you can win. How wonderful is our game.

All I can say is, Gideon Best La~~~~

Working in process. Everyone is busy making the special and powerful machine.

The powerful carpenters

The powerful designers

The powerful painters

The powerful walk-around instructor - Cyrus

The powerful look-around supervisor - Esther

The powerful carpenter's head - John

The powerful pointer - Linus???

The powerful sit-aside members - Jenny, Lee Choo, Yen Teng & Mun Teng?
No la. They are the powerful painters.

And so, you think I do nothing?

You are WRONG. I am very important. I had been assigned a very important task, which is......

The powerful ping pong painter

See... How nice...

Another powerful ping pong painter - Samantha.

Not to forget, the having own sweet times' judges...

Yow Looi & Adam, plus the fat lazy photographer - Louis

AND~~~~~~

Finally, our special powerful ping pong machine had finished....

TADA!!!!!!

Super nice lo~~~~

The Poster

The Ping Pong Piang counter...... WuiSeh~~~~ Win already la....

988 Happy Cruiser & Autograph Section with Van Fan

Alright, back to Berjaya Times Square event. One Sunday, I went back to Times Square to work because 988 Happy Cruiser came and they brought Van Fan here to meet fans. This is actually the second time I met Van Fan. First time was when I was having my internship training at 8tv. Not as much fans as I can see in newspaper, all the fans were very discipline. And you know what? He was wearing a red colour jeans. Ill!!!!

Tiramusu's Recipe

Finally. Sorry for the delay. I am a bit too lazy to update the recipe. Usually this portion is a bit too much for me. So I will seperate everything into half and make a smaller portion. So you have to seperate the egg into 1 and 1/2 eggs. OK. Here comes the recipe....

Ingredients

Tiramisu Finger biscuits

Cream Cheese (400 g)

Dark Coffee (Without Sugar)

3 Eggs (Seperate the egg yolks)

4 table spoons of sugar

Coco Powder

How to do?

First, slowly add in 4 table spoons of sugar into egg yolks.

Then beat them into pale in colour.

Add in cream cheese and mix them together. (I used to cut cream cheese into small pieces and add them in, but as you can see, it is not smooth. Next time I plan to melt cream cheese on top of boiling water before add in. Ask me for more details about this, I will explain to you in detail.)

Put aside when you finished this cream cheese mixture. Now, gently beat egg white become firm and light. (I will suggest you to use the machine to beat the egg white, so that it will be very light and smooth.) You should beat until the egg white will not drop from the bowl. It looks like snow.

Then gently fold the egg white into the cream cheese mixture.

Make a quick dip in the dark coffee with the Tiramisu finger biscuit. We need a bitter taste in the biscuit. Then arrange them at the bottom of your tray.

Then put a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of it.

Repeat the same thing again until you finished the mixture.

Sift some coco powder on top of your Tiramisu.

TADA!!! Finished. Easy?
