Killing People Ah~~~~~

I think my manager is getting crazier and I think he wants to kill us, slowly torture us til die. Let me tell you how he tortures us.

1. Suddenly he wants us to stay by for every event set up which is so unneccessary. We don't practice this all the while because we have a logistic team to look after for us. Organizers are only allow to come in for set up after the mall close (10pm), and basically what we have to do is just sit aside and look at them to make sure nothing happens. It is so unneccessary to stay back so long until 12am to look at them. And 6pm we finish work, what can we do between 6pm til 10pm? Answer is nothing. Other than dinner, maybe we can just sit in the office and sleep then wait til 10pm. Isn't it so meaningless to stay? And I am going to have 4 nights to stay back this month, even the day before family camp.

2. Last Friday, I heard from my colleague that manager said we can not go home so on time. Why? Let me tell you the story. Usually my 2 seniors will stay back after work. For these 5 months, I never see them go home on time. Last Tuesday which is Hari Raya eve, they had a dinner appointment with their ex colleagues, so this was actually the first day I saw them go back on time. Then the genius manager wanted to find some file but he couldn't find it and kept on calling my senior non stop. That night, he told our another colleague who stayed back: "Next time, you all can not go back on time. " Why? Simply because when he stays back and he needs some file, he wants someone to be there and give him what he wants. Ridiculous right?

3. I usually eat my breakfast at 9am because usually early in the morning we don't have anything to do yet. We have been practicing this all the time. But just now when I was eating my fried mee hoon, one of my senior said:"Faster finish la, 9:30am already, shouldn't eat breakfast, if not someone will complain again." Well, I do no really want to find out who wil complain, but all I can see is, we are now treated as a slave by them.

I really don't dare to think how many years I can stay here, I even don't dare to think how many silly nonsense he will think of and ask us to follow again. Maybe next time we can't even talk in the office, can not drink water, have to come to office at 8am.....
